Rotterdam film festival to screen select Iran films

Several Iranian films have been chosen to screen at the Rotterdam International Film Festival in the Netherlands.

The 47th edition of the Rotterdam International Film Festival will screen several films from Iran, organizers announced recently.

Mohsen Qarai’s feature ‘Blockage’, which won an award at the 22nd Busan International Film Festival in South Korea, will go on screen in the Bright Future section dedicated to first feature-length films.

Vahid Jalilvand’s award-winning acclaimed movie ‘No Date, No Signature’ will go on screen in the Voices section, which is dedicated to films with powerful stories, captivating subjects and important themes. The film won two top awards at the 74th Venice International Film Festival.

The Rotterdam International Film Festival will be held in the Dutch city from January 24 to February 4.
